Returns and Refunds Policy

At Noah Treks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Items without original packaging or accessories.

  • Sale or clearance items unless defective upon arrival.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued via your original payment method (if applicable).

  • Since we currently only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be provided through bank transfer or store credit.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to process.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photos and a brief description in your email to [email protected].
